We ship our products all over the world (except New Zealand).

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a number of factors, including:

• delivery address
• number of parcels
• weight of parcel/s
• dimensions of parcel/s
• whether an express option is available and selected during checkout
• carrier.

Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the available shipping options and their associated costs.

*Please note we cannot refund the postage cost if Australia Post or an alternative carrier does not deliver within this timeframe. 

International Orders & Shipping

For international orders, please contact us first with your enquiries and we will provide a quote based on quantity, destination and weight.

International orders will be held until we can send you all your items at once.

Deliveries to destinations outside Australia cannot be made to post office boxes.

If you are ordering a product from outside Australia you and/or the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. 

Delivery Times

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Delivery with Standard Australia Post usually happens within 2-10 business days from time of dispatch (remote areas may vary). Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery and due to various reasons, the delivery may take longer than the original estimated timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please allow 5-20 business days from dispatch to International addresses. Delivery time may vary due to customs and processing systems.

Order Tracking

All items are sent in good faith by Australian Post’s postal service.

If a tracking number is supplied to us by Australia Post, we will inform you of the specific tracking number via email.

Disclaimers

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by weather, accidents, emergencies, industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs, you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfilment company.

All freight and insurance costs are to be borne by the buyer and the buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft, damage or delay of goods during transit. Banksia Chase will not be held responsible for orders lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
