This website is operated by Banksia Chase. Throughout the site and this policy, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Banksia Chase.

Returns Policy  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at banksiachase@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • [Custom products (special orders or personalised items);
  • Items prohibited by courier services (such as flammable liquids, or gases); 
  • Sale items;
  • Gift cards.]

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

We will replace or exchange items if they are faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item.

Return postage will be compensated if your item is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item but is at your expense for any other reason such as a change of mind or a gift not appreciated.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again please. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at banksiachase@gmail.com.


Shipping

To return your product, please contact us and if your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
